More must pay their share of income tax

The government has apparently decided that it will not increase income taxes in the December budget, though we have been repeatedly warned that a carbon tax will be introduced.

The government has apparently decided that it will not increase income taxes in the December budget, though we have been repeatedly warned that a carbon tax will be introduced.

A decision not to increase income taxes would be the correct one, following as it does hefty tax hikes in the past two budgets which reversed many of the cuts to personal taxation in the past decade.
