Pension customers need clear information

There's still some room for improvement in terms of the information companies give to consumers about their pension pots, according to a Central Bank review.

The Central Bank last week reported on the outcome of its review into the provision of annual statements for pension customers by life assurance firms, as required by the Consumer Protection Code.
