- Consumers need to take care when booking travel visas or driver theory tests online, according to warnings from the European Consumer Centre.
The consumer body issued the warning to consumers following a rise in complaints about unofficial websites offering such services.
Figures from ECC Ireland indicate a 12 per cent jump since 2013 in the number of complaints received about websites offering to process ESTA travel visas for the United States.
