The controversial €1.1 million severance package given to former Fás chief Rody Molloy may be invalid and legally unsound, the Dáil Public Accounts Committee believes.

The controversial €1.1 million severance package given to former Fás chief Rody Molloy may be invalid and legally unsound, the Dáil Public Accounts Committee believes.

In correspondence with Fás executives and board members, the all-party committee has highlighted that the board of the training agency was not informed about the agreement between Molloy and the Department of Enterprise, Trade and Employment.
