A total of 361,831 square feet of space was occupied in the Dublin industrial market during the last three months across 20 deals — a 34 per cent increase on the last quarter, according to a Jones Lang LaSalle report.

However, at the mid-point of 2014, the total take-up of space is 43 per cent lower than last year.
