Economist Jim Power tells Ian Campbell that mobile broadband is a major enabler for Irish businesses

Earlier this year, economist Jim Power compiled a report for 3 that left no doubt of the significance of mobile broadband to the Irish economy.

He was asked to predict the potential impact of the National Broadband Scheme, the government initiative that chose 3 to rollout broadband services to rural parts of the country where copper wire and cable couldn't reach.
