Minister: Local authority response to flooding inadequate

The response of Dublin’s local authorities to Monday’s flooding was inadequate and will be subject to a review by the Department of Environment, says Minister Brian Hayes.

The response of Dublin’s local authorities to Monday’s flooding was inadequate and will be subject to a review by the Department of Environment, according to Brian Hayes, the minister of state with responsibility for the Office of Public Works.
