Minister expected to oppose taxi cap report

Transport minister Noel Dempsey is expected to go against a report to the Oireachtas transport committee that has recommended a cap on new taxi licences for two to five years.

Transport minister Noel Dempsey is expected to go against a report to the Oireachtas transport committee that has recommended a cap on new taxi licences for two to five years.
