Millennium Park firm sees debts rise to €393 million

The company behind the Millennium Park development site near Naas in Co Kildare has seen its debts increase by 20 per cent to €393 million.

The company behind the Millennium Park development site near Naas in Co Kildare has seen its debts increase by 20 per cent to €393 million, as a result of spiralling interest costs from its massive borrowings.

The 417-acre site was bought in 2006 by Osberstown Developments for €315 million, in what was one of the largest property deals in Irish history.
