Windows 7 has “comprehensively'‘ outsold Vista so far in Ireland, according to executives in the company's Irish operation.

The operating system, which went on sale to the public a fortnight ago, has outsold Vista more than two-to-one in the same opening period, according to Microsoft bosses.
