A company founded by Irish employees of Microsoft to buy and develop properties has collapsed with multi-million-euro debts.

Dovaly Trading was established in 1999 and bought and sold properties in Ireland and Britain. However, the company suffered severe losses in recent years and is to be wound up later this month. A meeting of its creditors will take place in the Harcourt Hotel in Dublin on February 20.
