Michael Noonan will tomorrow resume his European charm offensive as a new bank debt deal may have become a greater reality, though the deadline may be drifting.
The finance minister today met his French counterpart Pierre Moscovici before talks with Germany’s Finance Minister Wolfgang Schaeuble.
He told reporters he wouldn't be "unduly concerned" if the October target for a deal "drifts a little bit."
