Back in the 1990s, Dublin's Temple Bar was a feverish hive of fashion hubbub – and, two decades later, things have come full circle, writes: Ruth O'Connor.

For many of us sedate thirty and fortysomethings, Dublin’s Temple Bar was a go-to spot for shopping during the college years. In the 1990s, this part of the capital was a breath of fresh air on the fashion scene – individual, creative and community-centred, it was a hub of invention.
