Freesheet Metro is intensifying its bid for inclusion in the Joint National Readership Survey (JNRS), which currently only measures paid-for newspapers. It said that legal action may follow if the JNRS continued to rule it out.
The Institute of Advertising Practitioners in Ireland carried out a telephone survey in early March with a large number of media and advertising agencies and asked if they supported the inclusion of Metro in the JNRS.
