A merger resulting in the doubling in size of Simply Zesty, one of Ireland's most progressive digital agencies, promises to make it a formidable competitor in Britain and beyond.

The merger with Belfast-based agency Tibus, 15 years in business, could be transformational for Simply Zesty, a company that began in a spare bedroom in Dublin in 2009. The new company will trade under the Simply Zesty name.
