Mentec in €4.5 million acquisition

Irish IT company Mentec has bought Sytation, a British-based Microsoft Great Plains partner, in a deal that is believed to be worth €4.5 million.

Irish IT company Mentec has bought Sytation, a British-based Microsoft Great Plains partner, in a deal that is believed to be worth €4.5 million.

Kevin Haverty, managing director of Mentec, said the deal was part of a larger acquisition programme for the company and that it would significantly expand Mentec's Microsoft-related operations internationally.
