Increased activity increases appetites

I’ve had the recent pleasure of spending some days by the sea. There’s something instantly relaxing about gazing over the ocean and listening to it crashing on the beach.

But relaxation wasn’t the only effect of seaside living: I also noticed that my appetite increased, partly - it seemed - because everything began to taste better. And I wasn’t the only one. My entire family chomped through mealtimes with zealous enthusiasm....
