McSweeney pharmacies to emerge from examinership

The McSweeney group of pharmacies is to successfully emerge from examinership later this month meaning 95 jobs that were threatened will be saved.

The McSweeney group of pharmacies is to successfully emerge from examinership later this month meaning 95 jobs that were threatened will be saved.

The scheme of arrangement proposed by PWC’s Declan McDonald, the examiner to the group, has been approved by the High Court. The group includes eight retail pharmacies and it will continue to have the protection of the court until 28th March.
