Developer Bernard McNamara is seeking to have land owned by him next to the Dublin Mountains rezoned for residential use.

McNamara’s company Grattan Property has sent details of its proposals to develop more than 1,000 residential units - 600 of which would be affordable housing - between Tibradden Road and Kilmashogue Lane to local councillors and local TDs.

A report in the Southside People said that the developer proposes that 87 acres of the site...
