McLaren's road car grows up
The McLaren 650S is able to reach 100km/h in 3.0 seconds from a standstill, and double that speed in just 8.4 seconds.

Standing in the shadow of Enzo Ferrari's house in Italy in 2010, in a courtyard full of its 458 Italia model, a Ferrari employee candidly revealed that he thought ''this year we'll win every performance car test, though next year it will be the McLaren.

The second part of that prediction didn't ever materialise though, as McLaren's response to Ferrari's 458, called the MP4-12C, never garnered quite the praise everyone had expected. That caused a great deal...
