McHugh quits IIU

A senior executive with Dermot Desmond’s company IIU has left the group after working with the Dublin financier for almost 20 years.

A senior executive with Dermot Desmond’s company IIU has left the group after working with the Dublin financier for almost 20 years.

Chris McHugh had been finance director with IIU since it was set up by Desmond in 1995.

Prior to that, he was finance director with NCB Stockbrokers, but left to join IIU six months after Desmond sold the stockbroking firm to Ulster Bank in 1994.
