PJ McGoldrick, chief executive of airline EUjet, which suspended operations last week, said he is in talks with several investors who are interested in backing the ailing airline's Shannon operation.

PJ McGoldrick, chief executive of airline EUjet, which suspended operations last week, said he is in talks with several investors who are interested in backing the ailing airline's Shannon operation.

McGoldrick said it was too early to go into detail about who might invest in the struggling airline, but confirmed that an Irish investor was involved in the talks.
