Michael McDowell, who was hired last month to represent the Moriarty Tribunal, has yet to agree on a fee for his work.

The former attorney general and Progressive Democrats leader was hired to cross-examine a key witness, Danish telecoms expert Michael Andersen, who appeared in the witness box at the tribunal in Dublin Castle for the first time last month.
