The site for the proposed new national children’s hospital alongside the Mater Hospital in Dublin has been valued at €95 million.

The Mater has donated the site in Dublin city centre to the Health Service Executive (HSE) for the development of the children’s hospital. The donation was agreed at an extraordinary general meeting of the Mater following the receipt of legal advice, according to new accounts for the management firm behind the hospital....
