Marlet, the property company headed by Pat Crean, recently got good news for two of its sites in Dundrum, Dublin 14.

It got the green light from Bord Pleanála for an apartment development at Green Acres, on the Upper Kilmacud Road, which could generate €60 million in sales from home buyers and buy to let investors.
