Marlborough and Merrion seek investors for German property fund

Irish overseas property company Marlborough International, in association with Merrion Stockbrokers, is seeking investors for a property fund in Germany.

Irish overseas property company Marlborough International, in association with Merrion Stockbrokers, is seeking investors for a property fund in Germany.

The Merrion Raglan Fund intends to raise about €15 million to be geared with a further €85 million in non-recourse debt, and according to Pat Cody of Marlborough, a number of buildings have already been identified with gross rental yields of around 7.5 per cent.
