Market report: Investors watch Ukraine, ECB leaves interest rate at 0.15%

European stocks were little changed this morning as investors continued to worry about the intensifying conflict between Russia and Ukraine and the ECB kept its key interest rate at 0.15%.

European stocks were little changed this morning as investors continued to worry about the intensifying conflict between Russia and Ukraine and the European Central Bank announced that it will keep its key interest rate at 0.15 per cent, as expected.

The Bank of England also left its interest rate unchanged at the record-low of 0.5 per cent when it met today in London.
