Food & Drink: Many Irish companies are making light of the recession and going from strength to strength, writes Sheila Ryan.

Mark O'Connor, director of Atlantis Seafoods, a Wexford-based seafood supplier, does not want to talk about the recession.

"It is not going to be easy for any business, but to us the recession is over. We don't discuss it," he said. "We are where we're at and you have to move your business in a way that it fits with the current economy."
