The manager of an Xtra-vision store who was demoted after her branch suffered ‘‘huge losses’’ has lost her claim for constructive dismissal.

Tracie Martin of Cedar Wood Park, Dundalk, Co Louth, started working in Xtra-vision as a sales assistant in 1995. After three years, she became trainee manager. In 2002, she was promoted to manager and moved to a larger store which sold computer games and electronics.
