Businesses have stopped talking about the paperless office and have started concentrating on reducing, rather than eliminating, paper, writes Leslie Faughnan.
The ultimate dream of 'the paperless office', which was heralded by ICT publicity more than 40 years ago, is still a dream, admits Ricoh marketing director Chas Moloney, but the 'less paper office' is an ongoing process that is genuinely gaining ground.
