Malthouse scheme goes on sale

The first phase of 30 apartments and houses has gone on sale at The Malthouse in Castlebellingham, Co Louth. The scheme, which comprises 50 homes in total, includes two-bedroom apartments and duplex units in a converted millhouse as well as a choice of two, three and four-bedroom townhouses which qualify for Section 23 tax relief.
