The approach taken by the public sector to procurement still leaves a lot to be desired, according to the chairman of the Public Relations Consultants Association (PRCA) of Ireland, Nigel Heneghan.
Speaking to *The Sunday Business Post* on the occasion of the PRCA’s 25th anniversary, Heneghan said that reform of public procurement remained a priority for the organisation and its 30 member firms.
