Irish charities are working together to encourage more people to consider leaving a bequest to a charity in their will, writes Emma Kennedy.

In 2003, a small group of Irish charities joined forces to establish Legacy Promotion Ireland. Since it was set up, the consortium has grown to include about 40 Irish organisations.
