There has been a plentiful harvest despite the wet summer, and there is lots to do in the garden this month, writes Dermot Carey.
The walled garden at Harry's in Inishowen has been enjoying the Indian summer that early September brought, but ultimately this is the time when growth begins to slow for the year and our sowing and planting out options diminish.
