A major new €200 million development at The Park retail park in Carrickmines, Dublin 18, looks set to intensify the competition between the retail pitches in Co Dublin.

Promoted by Irish property investment fund Iput, the Carrickmines project, known as Quad 3, will also introduce leisure accommodation to The Park which already attracts six million visitors a year.
