Health Service Executive Cathal Magee is to step down during a period of transition that will see the HSE disappear by 2014.
Health Service Executive Cathal Magee is to step down during a period of transition that will see the HSE disappear by 2014, according to Minister for Health James Reilly.
Reilly said that a director general and six new directorates will be appointed under new structures. He said that Magee had waived his right to compensation for not completing a five year term that only began in 2010.
