Madeira units available from €250k

Prices at a new development of apartments and villas in Madeira start at just under €250,000 for a one-bedroom unit.

When it is complete, the Azulara scheme will comprise 112 one- to four-bedroom apartments, along with 63 three- to five-bedroom villas, on a tiered site in the island’s capital, Funchal.

The scheme overlooks Praia Formosa beach and the Atlantic and, according to the developers, is fully funded.
