MacSharry leaves board of loss-making property company

Ray MacSharry, the government appointed director of Irish Life & Permanent (IL&P), has stepped down from the board of a loss-making property development company whose accounts were recently qualified by its auditors.

Ray MacSharry, the government appointed director of Irish Life & Permanent (IL&P), has stepped down from the board of a loss-making property development company whose accounts were recently qualified by its auditors.

Companies Office filings revealed that MacSharry resigned as a director of Foresthaze Developments on November 30.He was replaced on the company’s board by his son ,Ray MacSharry junior.
