Owen Reilly is handling the rent of the newly-opened residences at The Marker, a luxury hotel and apartment scheme at Grand Canal Square in Dublin's Docklands.
The apartments will be put on the open market later next year once the Marker hotel has opened, which is scheduled for February 2013.
The striking six-floor building houses 187 hotel rooms and 84 two-bedroom apartments which are complete and ready to occupy with a current rent of €2,000 per month.
