A Ballsbridge house was among three properties which sold last week at auction. Located at 119 Anglesea Road, Dublin 4, it achieved more than €1 million.

The two-storey over-basement period terraced house extends to 250 square metres and has four bedrooms. Agents Sherry FitzGerald had been guiding €1.1 million prior to auction, and withdrew the property when the bidding peaked at €1 million. Simon Ensor subsequently negotiated its sale.
