Lucrative television deal for e-learning company

The Broadcasting Commission of Ireland (BCI) has awarded a €1.5 million contract to e-learning company Thirdforce to produce an educational television series on adult literacy and numeracy.

The Broadcasting Commission of Ireland (BCI) has awarded a €1.5 million contract to e-learning company Thirdforce to produce an educational television series on adult literacy and numeracy.

The series, The Really Useful Guide to Words and Numbers, will be produced with cooperation from the National Adult Literacy Agency (NALA). It will include two series of 12 programmes, which will air weekly on RTE in autumn 2006 and spring 2007.
