The inheritance windfall awaiting a number of the smaller Irish stockbrokers climbed to more than €30 million this weekend, as the share price of the London Stock Exchange (LSE) soared past the €8 mark last Friday.

The inheritance windfall awaiting a number of the smaller Irish stockbrokers climbed to more than €30 million this weekend, as the share price of the London Stock Exchange (LSE) soared past the €8 mark last Friday.

Bloxham Stockbrokers, Campbell O’Connor, Davy and Fexco are all believed to have retained a large proportion of the 1million shares they each received free when they joined the exchange in London.
