Singer Lou Reed and Oscar-winning actor Tim Robbins will be among those performing pirate ballads and sea shanties at a festival in Dublin’s docklands.

They will be taking part in Hal Willner’s Rogue’s Gallery, which is a celebration of pirate and sea songs.
