NCA launches recession helpline

The National Consumer Agency (NCA) has launched an online information resource to help consumers identify the best deals in typical day-to-day transactions. Also to mark last week’s International Consumer Day, the NCA surveyed Irish consumers to identify the specific areas where the recession is hurting them most.
