A Europe-wide survey ranks Dublin as the second most attractive city for commercial property in 2015
European property chief executives have ranked Dublin’s commercial property as the second most attractive in Europe for the second year in a row, according to the latest survey conducted by the international think tank Urban Land Institute in conjunction with PwC.
The news comes as Irish agents forecast another busy year for commercial deals to follow the record €4.58 billion seen in investment deals in 2014.
