London’s iconic Gherkin skyscraper has been put up for sale with a price tag of about £640 million.

London’s iconic Gherkin skyscraper has been put up for sale with a price tag of about £640 million.

The building is being jointly sold by Savills and Deloitte Real Estate and is expected to attract potential buyers from all over the world.

Designed by Lord Foster, the 40-storey building is currently multi-let to about 20 tenants including Swiss Re, Kirkland & Ellis International LLP and ION Trading.
