London sale for Emerald isle art

An exhibition of Irish artworks from Sotheby’s December auction of British and Irish Art can be seen in Dublin from November 28 to 30. Five works by Louis le Brocquy include Sick Tinker Child from the 1946 Tinker series that put le Brocquy on the map. Last sold at Adam’s in 2006 for €820,000, it now has an estimate of €251,360-€377,040.
