A huge price disparity exists between hotels in the capital depending on their location, with four-star hotels in prime locations commanding rates up to 60 per cent higher than in west Dublin and Dublin Airport locations, according to new study on the hotel sector.
Market analysis undertaken by property consultants Savills found that signs of recovery in the capital core city zones were at a much more advanced state than hotels in other locations.
