Homesellers International is selling phase of 73 apartments priced from around €206,000 at the Sefton Quarter development in Liverpool.

The units, which are located in a 22-storey tower, will go on sale off the plans tomorrow at the firm’s offices in Ballsbridge, Dublin 4.

Sefton Quarter is a €153million mixed-use scheme on the corner of Parliament Street and Sefton Street on Liverpool’s waterfront. The development will comprise 374 townhouses and one, two and three-bedroom apartments...
