Your newspaper (6/7/08) again suggests holding a second referendum on the Lisbon Treaty.

Page three of the booklet entitled The Lisbon Treaty, compiled by Mr Justice O’Neill and others, states that this treaty cannot be implemented by the EU unless it is ratified by the Irish government.
